Will Felix’s second “solo” exhibit in Northeast Ohio, in conjunction with the “Faux You, Valentine show featuring Rachel Roberts. This all takes place on Sat. Feb. 12, 6pm at Square Records in Akron. While the “one” series dealt with addressing heartbreak and despair in a constructive manner (You can see the works from the “one” series and purchase originals and prints at this link: http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/will-felix.html?tab=artworkgalleries&artworkgalleryid=62152 ) the “two” series seeks to address the absurdities of expressed love. Apollonova will be doing their live painting for a private party at the Akron Art Museum on Dec. 18! This will be the first appearance at the Museum and we’re looking forward to it. This is thanks to our participation in the Wine Auction earlier this year.

After a long hiatus, the band is reforming and “getting back in the studio.” We will be gathering and going over what we have in store. Keep checking here and on our Facebook page for updates.
Attention to all Artists in the North East Ohio Territory. Apollonova is currently looking for artist to join the group. The applicant must have reliable mode of transportation, available to attend some meetings (normally held on Sunday) and be able to stay in contact via email, for this is the way most information and discussions occur. Anyone interested can contact the website or myself at Hill_johns@yahoo.com. Good Luck to those who are interested
Beth Ciborek has decided the time has come for her to break away from the group. Beth has been a vital and admired part of Apollonova for a great while now. Her style is in a league of its own, strong, organic and bringing a beautiful piece to the almalgamation. Beth, we will miss you and hope only for the best in your future adventures.
Hello to all who follow or those who are new to the site. It has been a busy couple months and unfourtunately the website sat on the backburner on low, so here is what has been going on. Will’s solo show went great, awesome piece. Beth’s solo show was outstanding, never have I seen a style consistancy span, without variation, as long as her has. We have had three ArtTech shows since the last entry, the first two were inside and the third was on the rooftop, all went as well as one could hope. We were invited by Akrona Art Gallery and the Akron Art Museum to participate in Special events, I will give details on those later. And last but not least The GoodWill show, the bands brought the house down and the art was exactly where it should have been for the show, a big thank you goes out to all of you who come out to the shows and support our ventures. Until next time, peace.
