My work has influences which are largely autobiographical. Works generally are represented in paintings or forms of painting that test the boundaries of what painting is.
Kam Hayes graduated from Culver Academies. She then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kent State University. After starving for several years, Kam obtained an Associates Degree of Nursing, and is currently employed as a Registered Nurse. She considers caring for the walking, and not-so-walking wounded as penance for years of irresponsibilty and decadence.
