We live in a world of constant movement and interaction. I often throw
myself out there and get caught in the web of chaos. There, you can find me
observing amongst the glowing abyss. My love of observation stems from my
father who teaches communication and the beauty of each individual and our
responses to each other. My current series deals with people’s ambiguous
emotions and reactions to life’s complexities. The struggle of
communication resulting in varied interpretations of one another’s actions
is depicted in the abstract linear quality of my work. The paintings
express my way of communicating with the viewer in an attempt to allow
people to open their mind to the wondrous, sometimes sardonic nature of
humanity.
