Marc Moss is a transplant from Akron to Montana. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Kent State in 1995, then ran off to Montana to be a park ranger and try to make the northwest plains a little more interesting.

Marc's time in and around nature is reflected in his work. Using natural forms as a base, Marc bends ideas with splashes of bold color and dynamic arrangements. His collages juxtapose images and toy with space in a way that makes for very passionate works.

Marc presented his first solo art exhibition in Akron in 1997. He has since contributed to the Home Resource art auction in 2005, and exhibited his work at the former Art Missoula, Portico Real Estate, the now defunct pizza shop The Fireplace, Gold Dust Gallery and Zoë, all in Missoula, Montana.
